Learning through Experience!
From beginner to expert, a lesson or coaching option is available at Crotched Mountain’s Learning Center. We are a PSIA / AASI member school staffed with professional instructors/coaches with specialties in a variety of disciplines including Skiing, Snowboarding, Telemark, Racing, and Freestyle. With many of our staff specializing in lessons for Children, Women, Seniors and the above disciplines we will create a learning situation for success in meeting your goals on the slopes.

Discovery. New for the 11-12 Season.
This lesson format allows progress for the new skier or snowboarder with all of the time and attention he or she needs to master the skills needed to ski or ride on a beginner slope. Without the constraints of time and allowing for the student’s individual learning styles Discovery is an innovative approach to success on the slopes. (ages 9 and up). Group Lessons. Group lessons are great for those who have skied or snowboarded before. Group lessons are formed by age, terrain choice, learning pace, and most importantly the goals of students. Lesson content and direction is facilitated by instructors who are adept in the skills required to accomplish student's goals. Lessons offered for novice through expert. Lessons are available for skiing, snowboarding or telemark. (ages 9 and up). Private Lessons. One of Crotched Mountain's professionally trained instructors will tailor a lesson to meet an individual's needs and on snow goals. Private instruction is great for skiers and riders of all ages and abilities, to get the most out of time spent on the slopes! One Hour Private Lesson....................................$70/hr Semi-Private Lesson...........................................$115 Private Lesson Additional Hours and students.....$45 each Private Lessons are offered every hour from 9am to 7pm. Children Lessons. Radical Kids Program Give your children the gift of a wonderful lifetime activity! Crotched Mountain's children lessons, otherwise known as Radical Kids, provides parents with well-deserved freedom on the slopes, as children have fun learning the fundementals of skiing and snowboarding from a professionally trained instructor. This program is geared to meet the needs of children and parents which makes learning to ski or snowboard easy and fun for children!
